Light & Space
Meticulous attention to Materials
The Valcucine kitchen is tucked into a larger volume and showcased as a sweeping breadth of well-crafted millwork. A continuous waterfall countertop distinguishes the island as a free-standing object, around which cooking and entertaining activities converge.
Bathrooms are designed for durability, neutrality, and refinement and serve to support the overall interior character of the town homes. Vanities, fixtures and tiles carry the same bloodlines as the kitchen.
A courtyard for all seasons
The private courtyard of Twelve Twenty is a sophisticated palette of white flowering perennials, blue green sedge and the white bark Birch trees which reflect light and have all season interest while being reflected in the building surfaces. The Bosworth Street provides a repeating pattern of raised planters with alternating pairs of shade trees and lush, colorful perennials and grasses in yellows and purples.
Elemental living at the heart of it all
This is where life can thrive and you’ll find the space to slow down. It’s where interiors and exteriors blend seamlessly into a theatre of texture and reflection; where modernity mixes with intimacy and the comforts of home are matched by premium kitchen, baths and appliances; where high-quality finishes endure and personal touches inspire. Step up into a life of balance.
STEP UP INTO THE STRIKING ENTRANCE
Upon entry one encounters a new world- broad exterior stair ascending between reflective wall surfaces; (an adjacent lift is provided for strollers or elderly). The elevated court covers the typically exposed at grade service drive and private garages, in turn increasing the amount of daylight provided into the courtyard fronted by now two-story facades. Daylight is further harvested by the use of bright reflective surfaces in the facades and private courtyards.
